An ERP everyone needed and nobody enjoyed using.
The internal ERP had grown feature by feature for years. Employees relied on it daily, but every workflow took more clicks, more training, and more patience than it should.
(Goal)
Redesign the UX around real workflows, not org charts.
Map how people actually worked, then rebuild the information architecture and key flows around those journeys — without interrupting daily operations.
(Result)
One UX redesign. Contributed to 80% company headcount growth over 2 years.
The redesigned ERP scaled with the company as it grew — onboarding time dropped and the system stopped being a bottleneck for new teams.
