No existing install base, no established mobile patterns to reuse, and a newly formed 4-person design team that needed direction as much as deliverables.
(Goal)
Ship an iOS & Android app people actually adopt — in under a year.
Define the product's core loops, build a lightweight mobile design language, and mentor the team toward one shared quality bar while shipping every sprint.
(Result)
0 to 70% install rate in 9 months. Managed a team of 4.
The app became part of the company's daily rhythm — adopted by the vast majority of employees within its first year, shipped by a team that grew with the product.
