As eVoucher services expanded globally to markets like Indonesia, Vietnam, the USA, and Brazil, the core challenge was fragmentation. We needed a centralized B2B hub where clients could autonomously manage budgets, execute campaigns, and oversee bulk orders without cognitive overload.
Design a self-serve portal that handles end-to-end gifting flows.
The objective was to build a comprehensive platform housing robust features like invoice management, interactive campaigns, and data dashboards. To ensure scalability across markets, the UI architecture was heavily grounded in a design system using strict functional token naming (e.g., Surface-raised, Primary).
24+ countries, 12,000,000+ vouchers, and infinite API integrations.
Within two years, the portal successfully scaled across 24 countries to serve both local and multinational corporations. Over 12 million vouchers were issued through the system, driving global customer acquisition and streamlining employee reward programs. We also implemented robust API capabilities, allowing seamless integration directly into clients' existing tech ecosystems like CRMs, e-commerce apps, and HR software.
